Brand research
Research brand identity while keeping discovered assets separate from approved rights.
On this page
Understand a brand's public positioning and prepare a source-backed creative brief. This planned research outcome is not automatic Brand Kit approval.
Define the brand scope
Provide the brand/domain identity, approved source pages, existing business-owned assets and the intended audience or Store journey. Distinguish the brand owner's statements from independent evidence and your own proposed positioning.
A brand name shared by unrelated organizations requires identity resolution before combining sources.
Retain the result
A useful artifact includes cited messaging themes, observed visual assets, product/offer associations, tone, relevant claims, conflicts and proposed creative directions. Keep original observation and derived recommendation separate.
For example, a discovered logo can be listed as evidence while its reproduction rights remain unresolved. Discovery, downloading, hosting and approval are different states.
Use a reviewed brief
An authorized team can turn accepted findings into a versioned Brand Kit or Store brief. Do not overwrite existing approved brand choices merely because a later page was captured.
Availability
The business API is planned. Asset rights, trademark use, claims review and publication require explicit checks. A polished generated brief does not prove factual accuracy or permission to launch customer-facing content.
