Planning campaigns, creative assets and customer outreach
Plan campaigns, creative assets and consent-aware outreach before execution.
On this page
Prepare a campaign around a business objective, an audience and an approved creative/message scope. The planned outcome is a versioned campaign and coordinated outreach plan with clear execution gates.
Freeze the plan
Choose the account/workspace, territory/target revision, catalog or Store outcome, service mix, schedule assumptions and success criteria. Preserve creative assets, message revisions and the source of each targeting decision.
Target allocation or modeled revenue is planning evidence, not proof that people can be contacted or that a route is executable.
Prepare the customer contact
Lead research, enrichment, email verification, mailbox setup, content review and actual sending are distinct operations. Contact evidence is not consent. Recipient scope, suppressions, sender identity and permitted purpose need explicit review.
For example, a researched company profile can inform a draft message without authorizing an email to every discovered address.
Keep durable outputs
Save campaign revisions, approved creative, target references, communication intent and later result receipts. A scheduled item is not a sent message; provider acknowledgement is not a customer response or conversion.
Availability
Business APIs are planned. Paid lead research, ad buying, outreach, printing and physical dispatch are separately gated. Raw provider send controls and generic “execute anything” commands are not part of the customer outcome.
