Credits and paid activation

Understand later paid activation, persistent Catalog quotes and explicit top-up consent.

On this page

Paid activation is a later, separately authorized step. Developer signup, application creation and authentication do not require a card or enable spending.

Use the existing account balance

Market Monolith's existing Ledger remains the financial authority. A workspace view or application usage record is not a new wallet. Account-owned funding and explicit payer delegation must stay consistent across the application and its workspaces.

Prepare funding deliberately

Saved payment-method setup and hosted Checkout have their own lifecycle. A redirect back from payment does not prove settlement. Verified payment, exactly-once prepaid credit and intended-work resume must agree before business work advances.

Saving a card is not consent to recurring charges. Prepaid auto-topup requires an explicit mandate and the applicable independent account/application limits.

Preserve the quote

A saved Catalog quote does not expire. Its approved scope and price remain attached to its immutable identity. A different scope or new pricing is a separate reviewed action, not a silent replacement.

Funding a shortfall does not authorize unrelated prerequisites or expanded work.

Availability

This developer release does not include paid activation or business execution for new keys. Do not add funds in order to unlock a planned API. See funding and settlement for the intended later outcome.
