Research the language people use around an offering. The planned output is a dated keyword artifact with explicit source, locale and metric definitions.

## Start from a bounded seed

Provide seed terms, domain/product context, language, target geography and the decision. Expand only within the approved scope. A keyword seed is not evidence of search volume or rank.

Keep related questions separate: finding phrases, measuring estimated demand, observing result pages and checking a business's visibility may require different acquisition.

## Read the artifact

Retain terms, intent hypotheses, source time, units, provider/context and unknowns. Label estimates and seeded/fallback values. If a locale is unsupported, report that instead of fabricating zero volume.

For example, a phrase can be commercially relevant despite unavailable volume evidence; that is a research judgment, not a measured demand total.

## Apply the finding deliberately

A reviewed keyword set can inform SEO or campaign planning. It does not authorize writing pages, buying ads or starting a new paid scan. Explicit refresh preserves the exact query scope.
