# Collaborating, communicating and reviewing shared work

Review and coordinate work in the same authorized business context. The planned collaboration outcome includes presence, conversations, presentation, calls, recordings, playback and approved guided experiences.

## Bring the right people

Start with explicit account/workspace or assignment access. Invitations and guest access grant a defined scope; they do not make every participant an account administrator.

Presence and cursor information should be visible only to authorized collaborators. A shared presentation lease is not permission to change unrelated business records.

## Capture with consent

Calls and screen sharing need clear participant and recording consent. Capture accepted, media ready, recording persisted, playback authorized and sharing enabled are separate states.

For example, a recording reference can exist before private playback is ready; it must not be shown as a successfully shared video.

## Keep review durable

Messages, notifications, recordings, comments and review outcomes should retain their actor, context and authorized retrieval. Engagement analytics can be summarized without exposing every participant's history.

Live Guide sessions require their own quote, consent and readiness. Avatar media alone does not prove a usable conversation.

## Availability

Business APIs are planned. Private room tokens, provider callbacks, raw storage keys and Face/PAL training or publication controls remain excluded. Approved tours are customer artifacts; identity rights and publication still require separate gates.
